Instructions
  1. Heat the oil / butter. Add in the onion, bell pepper and garlic and fry for a few minutes. Add in the tomatoes and cook for a few minutes. Add in water and let it simmer for 5 minutes
  2. Puree the veggies. Add back to pan and add in the amaranth. Simmer for about 2 minutes. Adjust the consistency as desired.
  3. Serve it to baby and cross your fingers!
