The Noodle house is a great place for your noodle cravings, south east asian delicacies, dim sums and then some! All at a reasonably mid-range price.
Here’s are my top picks from the dishes we tried at their menu tasting.
Appetizers
Loved the duck pot stickers and the Chicken Shiu Mai. Perfectly steamed and full of flavor. To be devoured hot.
For the Mains:
Top Pick – Singaporean Laksa Soup. This one had all the sea food goodness, gently creamed with the coconut milk, mix of textures and flavors from herbs and fennel. Served with half a boiled egg, this is highly recommended.
Also try – The japanese beef brisket was crunchy and delightful.
Can improve – The sweetness in the sweet and sour chicken could go down a little and I would have preferred to up the heat level in that. The Mei Goreng could do with more flavour.
Dessert:
Loved the Brownies Kukus (4/5) and the Crispy Bananas (3.5/5). The lime and ginger cheesecake was just okay. Had the fresh taste of citrus which was good but strongly reminded me of dish soap.
Overall, Go indulge in some asian food to satisfy those cravings. The service could be a little faster. The place is large and comfortable, doesn’t look crowded and great for dining with family,
